The branch has a mailing list for people who want to receive notification of branch events and arrange informal socials.

Friday 3rd September, 7pm

Branch Social. Victoria Arms, Mill Lane, Old Marston, Oxford, OX3 0PY. Get-together at the pub's beer festival.

Saturday 4th September, 1pm

Regional Social. Mason's Arms, 2 Quarry School Place, Headington Quarry, Oxford, OX3 8LH. Inter-branch Aunt Sally match, held to coincide with the 9th Headington Beer Festival, which takes place at the pub.

Monday 13th September, 7.30pm

Beer Festival Planning Meeting. Royal Blenheim, 13 St Ebbes Street, Oxford, OX1 1PT.

Sunday 26th September, 11.15am

Pub Walk. A 10km/6mile countryside walk starting from the University Parks in Oxford, mostly following the River Cherwell, and ending up in Islip. Meet at the gate to the Parks next to the junction of Parks Rd / Keble Rd, at 11.30. The first pub will be the Victoria Arms in Old Marston, sometime a little after noon. The first stage is about 2.4km/1.5mile, so people who want a shorter walk could just do the first stretch, or meet us at the Victoria Arms and just do the 4.5mile to Islip. Return from Islip will be by train.

Beer Festival Planning Meeting. Royal Blenheim, 13 St Ebbes Street, Oxford, OX1 1PT.

Saturday 2nd October, 11.30am

Beer Festival Publicity Crawl. Meet at Oxford station in good time for the 11.31 train to Reading. Pub crawl putting up posters to promote the Oxford and Wantage Beer Festivals.

Friday 8th October, 7pm

Beer Festival Publicity Crawl. Meet up at the Lamb and Flag for a pub crawl of central Oxford to promote the Oxford Beer Festival.

All our events are open, relaxed and friendly - all CAMRA members (whether local or not) and any prospective members are very welcome. Please feel free to contact the chairman or the secretary for further directions or additional details concerning any of the meetings or events.
